E-commerce Coordinator
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our online store. In this role, you'll ensure a seamless customer experience by handling order-related issues, keeping the website up to date, and working closely with internal teams on content and marketing initiatives. You'll take charge of executing diverse e-commerce projects and driving impactful marketing campaigns that elevate our brand.
1. E-Commerce Operations & Support
Manage Second Chances library by coordinating with store teams on division, cleaning, coding, and pricing.
Coordinate and/or conduct photo shoots for new product drops and upload relevant imagery and descriptions to the website.
Ensure timely updates of product codes and manage site updates once new stock is available.
Handle order issues such as blocked orders, discrepancies, and customer inquiries
Upload, review, and refresh site data, including product images, descriptions, and merchandising content.
Work with our Logistics Partner/ warehouse to ensure product availability and website updates are accurate and live.
2. Website Content Management
Execute regular page updates (copy, imagery, and layout) to reflect new collections, campaigns, or promotional offers.
Lead bulk website updates, including product uploads, merchandising for "Items You Might Like," and collection updates.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to execute web campaigns, mailers, and special promotions like treasure hunts or gifts.
3. Project Support
Be in charge of the operational role out of a new software solution to improve our Second Chances process, in collaboration with the e-commerce intern, overseeing its functionality.
Collaborate with our Social Media Manager on Instagram updates to ensure cohesive branding across platforms.
4. Website Optimization & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Identify and implement website improvements, such as account flow improvements, mobile filter/sorting design updates, and site speed analysis.
Conduct ongoing research into best practices for e-commerce optimization and propose actionable improvements to enhance user experience.
Together with E-commerce Manager and our SEO Specialist, create and role out an SEO improvement strategy.
5. Data Management & Reporting
Refresh data dashboards (e.g., returns, site speed comparison) to keep performance metrics up-to-date.
Analyze e-commerce performance data and present findings for improvement.

- This position is based in the Netherlands. Applicants must be currently residing in the Netherlands.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and content management systems.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using tools for website updates (e.g., image editing, uploading, content management).
Basic understanding of SEO, website optimization, and e-commerce best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams (marketing, sales, operations).
Ability to analyze data and create reports to inform decisions.

You'll be part of our E-commerce team and closely work with Emily, our E-commerce Specialist, and Emre, our UX & E-commerce intern.
