As our Maintenance, you'll support the Head of Maintenance in ensuring smooth building operations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as Maintenance… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Be a smooth operator: You're hands-on and act on the (preventative) maintenance plan. This includes identifying necessary materials and putting them in place. 

Love to troubleshoot: You'll act as the troubleshooter in case any issues arise, for example fixing lightning, a door that is not working properly, paintwork that is chipped, and more. 

Put the puzzle together: You respond to incoming requests, assess issue and prioritize your tasks while considering the impact on daily operations.
