B Corp Month 2024 - 'This Way Forward'
March is all about #BCorpMonth with this year's theme being #ThisWayForward. This B Corp month, B Corps are showing how to stay ahead as a certified #BCorp and go beyond 'Business as usual'. This month, Greenjob.nl pays extra attention to job postings at other B Corporations and how they ensure they continue to make an impact.
What Greenjobs.nl is doing with B Corp Month
With the theme #ThisWayForward, extra attention is being paid to how Greenjobs.nl continues to move forward with making the world a little nicer, but also how fellow B Corps tackle this. Because how do B Corps make sure they keep growing with making impact and which B Corps are expanding their team and will be featured with vacancies on Greenjobs.nl? In March, Greenjobs.nl will therefore pay extra attention to the vacancies at B Corps but also the stories behind those B Corporations. In this way, Greenjobs.nl hopes to make even more people aware of the existence of B Corps, inform people about what being a B Corp entails and create a nice collaboration with other B Corps.
Why Greenjobs.nl is a B Corp
Greenjobs.nl is happy to share what it means to be part of this movement as a certified B Corp, along with companies like Patagonia, Naif skincare, Triodos Bank and others committed to sustainability. As an example of "Benefit for All," Greenjobs.nl has been striving to do business with sincere intentions since the end of 2019. The B Corp certification, achieved after a comprehensive assessment in areas such as governance, customers, employees, environment and community, illustrates Greenjobs.nl's commitment. With a current score of 100.2 points, and a growth of 20 points over the previous year, Greenjobs.nl is extremely pleased.

How does a company become a B Corp?
Greenjobs.nl has now been a B Corp for 4 years. But how does your company become a B Corp? The certification process to become a B Corp requires a minimum score of 80 points (out of 200) by completing the B Impact Assessment. This includes a comprehensive questionnaire on governance, employees, community, environment and customers. The six steps include completing the assessment, taking stock of your impact, addressing areas for improvement, completing and submitting the assessment, having the score reviewed by B Lab, and completing the B Corp certification.
