What's on the menu?

As our new Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll be a pivotal force within our Commercial team, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to architect the infrastructure that fuels our growth. This isn't just about maintaining systems; it's about owning and optimizing the entire revenue engine, from initial lead to customer expansion.

You'll be the resident expert for our HubSpot ecosystem, designing and refining processes that drive efficiency, improve conversion rates, and provide crystal-clear visibility across our entire revenue funnel. Imagine a typical week where you're not only troubleshooting complex automation but also proactively identifying bottlenecks in our MQL-to-deal flow, then crafting data-backed solutions.

Your role will be key in transforming data into actionable insights, helping our GTM leadership make informed strategic decisions. You'll lead cross-functional projects that streamline workflows, ensuring our Sales and Marketing teams are perfectly aligned and operating at peak performance. This role is about proactive problem-solving, strategic planning, utilizing AI and building the scalable operations that will underpin our rapid growth in the B2B SaaS landscape. You'll be the architect, ensuring every part of our revenue machine runs smoothly and effectively!

The key ingredients for success: 

  • At least 5 years of dedicated experience in a Revenue Operations role within a B2B SaaS company.

  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot (admin-level usage across Marketing, Sales, and CS).

  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, lifecycle automation design, and lead scoring methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with data manipulation and reporting tools, including Supermetrics, advanced Google Sheets functions, and various BI dashboards.

  • Proven ability to build, maintain and improve comprehensive full-funnel reporting and conversion rates (MQL → SQL → Deal Won → Expansion).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Experience leading cross-functional RevOps or CRM-related projects.
