Your team

As an Inside Sales Intern, you will become part of our energetic and ambitious Wholesale team, working closely with three Sales Managers and two inside sales specialists. Together, we drive the growth of O My Bag in stores around the world!

You will collaborate closely with teams such as E-commerce, Marketing, Finance and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience. In this role, you help turn potential customers into long-term partners and maximize the success of every market we operate in.

What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Intern, you will support our Wholesale team with a variety of daily tasks. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at an international scale-up, gain hands-on experience in sales support, and make a real impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing incoming B2B orders and maintaining customer and product data

• Supporting customers and Account Managers by answering questions related to orders, deliveries, or products

• Monitoring stock levels and backorders and communicating proactively

• Contributing ideas to improve internal processes and workflows

• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects within the Sales team
