As a growing, purpose-driven fashion brand, we're looking for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, loves working hands-on and wants to gain broad experience across webshop management, CRM, digital marketing and circular fashion.
In this internship, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a global fashion brand operates online. From supporting webshop management and CRM campaigns to helping optimize our circular Second Chances programme, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital commerce and marketing.
You'll work closely with our E-commerce, CRM, and Digital Marketing team, supporting day-to-day execution while learning how different disciplines come together to create a seamless customer journey and drive online growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Website & E-commerce OperationsSupport webshop operations and help ensure an excellent online customer experience.
Support our E-commerce Specialist in the day-to-day operations of our Second Chances programme.
Assist with product intake, quality checks, photography, and product listings for pre-loved items.
Help prepare Second Chances orders for shipment and ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Contribute to maintaining a smooth customer experience across our circular resale offering.
Support webshop updates and product creation in Shopify.
Assist with website copywriting, translations, and content updates.
Monitor stock levels, redirects, and order handling.
Build website pages and blogs based on marketing input.
Support the execution of email campaigns, including newsletters, launches, and promotions.
Assist with managing and updating automated email flows, such as welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, and loyalty flows.
Help create and update email content, including copy, imagery, and links.
Support audience segmentation and targeting.
Test emails before send-out and help monitor campaign performance.
Ensure website content and product availability align with active campaigns.
Support the execution of paid campaigns across channels such as Meta and Google.
Assist in preparing product selections for campaigns.
Help ensure webshop readiness for paid traffic, including landing pages, product pages, and redirects.
Coordinate imagery, copy, and URLs with the Marketing team.
Monitor stock availability to avoid promoting out-of-stock products.
Share webshop insights that support campaign optimization.
What You’ll Be Doing

You'll work closely with specialists across E-commerce, CRM, and Digital Marketing, giving you a broad understanding of how different disciplines work together to drive online growth.
About you
You're the right fit for us if you:
✨ Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in the Netherlands.
✨ Are studying Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Communication, Commercial Economics, or a related field.
✨ Are curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
✨ Take ownership of your work and enjoy solving problems.
✨ Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple projects moving forward.
✨ Have an interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and sustainability.
✨ Enjoy contributing ideas and are excited to learn from experienced marketers.
✨ Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.
✨ Experience with Shopify, email marketing tools, or image editing software is a plus, but not required.
✨ Are available full-time (40 hours per week) for 5–6 months, starting in September 2026.

Meet the team
You'll be part of a vibrant crew of around 30 passionate professionals from more than 10 different nationalities, a true mix of talent, creativity, and energy.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with our E-commerce Specialist, Digital Brand Manager and CRM & Loyalty Marketeer while collaborating with colleagues across Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations. This gives you a unique opportunity to understand how different teams work together to create a seamless online customer journey and grow O My Bag's global presence.
