About the role

We’re looking for a commercially driven and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator who constantly spots opportunities to improve our online store and customer journey. In this role, you’ll play an important part in optimizing conversion rate performance through website improvements, A/B testing, data analysis, and customer journey optimization. 

Alongside this, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the webshop: ensuring product launches, website updates, merchandising, order flows, and all website content are always accurate, up to date, and executed with attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing1. Website Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Take ownership of ongoing website optimization and conversion improvements across the customer journey.

  • Set up and analyze A/B tests, identify UX improvements, and optimize areas such as mobile experience, filters/sorting, account flows, and site speed.

  • Use customer behavior, analytics, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

  • Together with the E-Commerce Manager and SEO Specialist, support SEO and website optimization initiatives.

2. E-Commerce Operations & Support
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the webshop, including product launches, merchandising, and website updates.

  • Coordinate product uploads, imagery, descriptions, and stock visibility to ensure the website is always accurate and up to date.

  • Handle operational issues related to orders, discrepancies, and customer experience.

  • Work closely with our logistics partner/warehouse to ensure smooth operational execution.

3. Website Content Management
  • Execute page updates, collection launches, campaign pages, and promotional changes across the website.

  • Lead bulk updates and merchandising improvements, including “Items You Might Like” and collection curation.

  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive and premium online experience.

4. Website Development Coordination
  • Coordinate website development tasks and improvements together with our external developer.

  • Translate business and customer needs into clear development briefs and help prioritize webshop improvements.

  • Test and monitor new functionalities to ensure a smooth customer experience and strong website performance.

5. Data Management & Reporting
  • Refresh dashboards and monitor key e-commerce and conversion KPIs.

  • Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable improvements.

6. Second Chances
  • Support and optimize the operational flow of our Second Chances platform together with store teams and the e-commerce intern.

  • Coordinate uploads, pricing, merchandising, and process improvements for the platform.

  • Support the rollout and functionality of new tools that improve the Second Chances customer experience and operations.

About you
  • 1–3+ years of experience in e-commerce, or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journeys, and e-commerce performance.

  • Experience with Shopify.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Experience with A/B testing, website optimization, and performance analysis is a strong plus.

  • Commercially minded and constantly spotting opportunities to improve the webshop and customer experience.

  • Proactive and full of ideas, always looking for smarter, better, or more efficient ways of working.

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility; you take initiative and make things happen.

  • Creative and solution-oriented, with a hands-on mentality and a natural problem-solving mindset.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Structured and detail-oriented, while maintaining speed and quality in execution.

  • Comfortable coordinating website development tasks with external developers and internal teams.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across different departments.

  • Up to date with e-commerce, digital, and consumer trends.

  • Affinity with fashion, lifestyle, and brand-driven environments is a plus
