Your impact
As a Digital Marketeer at Vandebron, you will be instrumental in strengthening our brand presence and driving growth through performance and paid social campaigns. You will optimize online marketing channels, execute data-driven campaigns, and work closely with the E-Commerce Marketeer to internalize digital marketing expertise within the organization. Your work will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, engagement, and consideration, helping us reach our ambitious growth targets.

You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Brand, Content, and E-Commerce teams. At Vandebron, your job title will be Digital Marketing Specialist.

What you’ll do

  • Online (Brand & Performance) Advertising: Contribute to strategy, implement, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.

  • Paid Social Campaigns: Develop and manage campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

  • Content Testing: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, headlines, and formats to identify top-performing content and improve campaign performance.

  • Data Analysis: Leverage tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards to analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaign strategies.

  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact while maintaining cost efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals and audience targeting strategies.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep Vandebron at the forefront of innovation.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, media buying, and retargeting techniques.

  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Dutch and English language proficiency.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and optimization.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing innovation.

Currently, we can only consider candidates who are already residing in the Netherlands and are eligible to work here.
