We are Seenons, a tech company with a mission: a world without waste. Our international platform brings together all players in the waste industry, for circular waste management. We help large organizations reduce waste and save as many valuable resources as possible from it. With severe shortages of raw materials on one side and 76 million roll cages overflowing with waste on the other, it's clear that something has to change. Currently, we're looking for an ambitious Data Team Lead to join our cause!

How you will make a difference:

You, our Data Team Lead, will drive our data-driven strategy, ensuring actionable insights and data products support our mission to revolutionize circular waste management. Leading a team of analysts and data scientists, you'll make data actionable for customers, service partners, and internal teams. You'll own and enhance our data application, enabling customers to track their impact while developing analytics, reporting, and data products that improve decision-making across the company. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams, you'll define priorities, execute key initiatives, and shape our long-term data strategy. While you enable your team to grow on a personal and professional level, you'll also be hands-on when needed. Translating business challenges into data solutions.

You are the perfect match if you:

• have a proven track record of managing high-performing data teams, fostering a culture of excellence and impact. 

• excel at translating business challenges into data-driven solutions, whether through hands-on execution or by empowering your team to deliver the best results.

• have strong SQL skills; experience with Python, DBT, and Tableau is a plus.

• are fluent in English (strong spoken and written communication); proficiency in Dutch/French is a plus.

• are committed to work at least 3 days a week alongside of your team in our Amsterdam office.
