At O My Bag, we believe that business can be a force for good, from how we make our bags to how we connect with our community. We’re looking for a CRM & Content Specialist to own our customer journeys and make every email, loyalty perk, and webshop update meaningful.

CRM & Content Specialist

This role is perfect for someone who loves to blend data, creativity, and storytelling. You’ll plan, create, and analyze campaigns that keep our customers engaged, our retailers informed, and our online experience fresh.

What You’ll Be Doing

📧 B2C Email Marketing.
Create inspiring, relevant and converting email moments.

  • Develop and manage the B2C email marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and content support and align with the company marketing strategy. 

  • Write, design, and schedule Klaviyo campaigns tailored to our O My Bag subscribers. 

  • Optimize AB testing across send times, open rates, subject lines to maximize campaign performance. 

  • Work closely with our digital brand manager to optimize our automated flows strategy to increase retention and revenue.  (welcome, post-purchase, winback, etc.).

  • Support the digital brand manager to optimize the growth of our subscribers. 

  • Analyze results and share actionable insights with the marketing team.

🏪 B2B Email Marketing.
Keep our retailers & prospects inspired and informed.

  • Plan and roll out B2B campaign mailers for retailers and prospects.

  • Create, on-brand email campaigns that resonate with our B2B audience, increasing conversion and strengthening brand loyalty.

  • Optimize send times, open rates, subject lines to maximize campaign performance.

  • Develop and manage the B2B email marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and content align with B2B sales strategy.

  • Work closely with our digital brand manager and sales team to develop a brand journey that resonates with O My Bag retailers and prospects. 

  • Create and execute flow emails that support the sales strategy.

🎁 Loyalty & CRM.
Turn first-time buyers into lifelong fans.

  • Manage and grow the O My Bag loyalty program, from perks to communication.

  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to increase member engagement and lifetime value.

  • Work closely with the Digital Brand Manager to evolve our CRM strategy.

🖥 Website & Ecommerce Design.
Ensure  our online stores feel on-brand and inspiring.


  • Design seasonal home and campaign pages that align with the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring an optimal user experience. 

  • Execute campaign visuals across B2C, B2B, and wholesale platforms. 

  • Work closely with the Ecommerce team and wider marketing team to support requests for website content and digital assets updates.
