Creative Project Manager
Creative Project Manager
Does this sound like you?
When you’re on a mission – saving our oceans from single-use plastic for example – there’s no stopping you. So much so, that the challenge to shake up the EU has you buzzing with energy. Creating a planning, working across multiple disciplines, briefing the team, prioritizing all deliverables and making sure these will be on point, and on time. You’re on it. If your experience as a project manager has taught you anything, it is that your initials should spell PRO-ACTIVE (and the O stands for Organized). But this does not mean you only plan, you like to get your hands dirty and switch between strategy and execution. A wide variety of tasks and responsibilities doesn’t scare you, as a matter of fact, you are ready to dive in! Managing schedules, budgets, assets and scopes. While paying attention to detail. Whether it is for a large international campaign or a single video production, it doesn’t matter. This is your cup of tea. Do we need a decision, find a solution to a problem? Not even a challenge. You’re confident. So, with you on board, our projects run as smoothly as a ripple-free lake.
A day in the life of the Creative Project Manager
Our Marketing department is constantly working on all kinds of projects. From awareness campaigns to educational programmes, from product launches to kick-ass collaborations. Your role? You get your things done! You make our creative concepts come to life. From a brief that’s so clear - our tap water might get jealous - to a super smooth execution where all deliverables will end up where and when they’re supposed to. You will be our go-to person, our oracle, juggling multiple responsibilities and aligning with internal and external stakeholders like it’s nothing. If we lack a certain expertise, you know where to find an external partner and align them with our way of working. Needless to say, you rock!
Up for the challenge? This would help:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role at an agency or brand;
- Available for 40 hours a week;
- A feel for politics or experience in a political sensitive environment is a must;
- Experience in working in a Marketing team and translating creative ideas into reality.
What’s in it for you?
We know you don’t apply for a job just for a decent shot of caffeine in the morning – even though our coffee is pretty good. What is so different about working at Dopper? First of all, you’re not just doing your job, you’re actually making a change in the world. We’re on a mission and that ties our team together. Kumbaya. Now before you think this means singing songs about saving our oceans and working 160 hours a week: it doesn’t. Sounds good? There’s more. At this moment, Dopper is growing rapidly. And especially internationally. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hop on board and learn A LOT.
Needless to say, we think Dopper is a great place to work. And that’s official: Dopper made the list of ‘Great Place to Work 2019’! Do you want to know even more about Dopper? We wrote 10 reasons why we like this company so much.
Acquisition on this vacancy is not appreciated.
Dopper is nothing less, yet so much more than a durable water bottle.
The Dopper is our answer to the demand for change. Every year, an average of 8 million metric tons of plastic is dumped into our oceans.
We want to turn this tide with one reusable water bottle that will prevent the use of many single-use bottles, and at the same time will promote
tap water as an environmentally friendly alternative to mineral water.
We think that changing the world is cool and that’s why we’ve put a lot of effort into developing products that are both sustainable and stylish.
Our bottle is a unique Dutch design, envisioned by Rinke van Remortel. It received an honorable mention during 2013’s Red Dot Design Award
and a silver Cradle2Cradle certificate. What’s more? 5% of our net turnover is donated to Dopper Foundation which invests in change-makers and solutions for the pollution that go beyond the bottle.
