Your impact
As Channel Manager Telesales at Vandebron, you’ll play a vital role in making the energy transition more accessible through smart and strategic use of our telesales channel. You'll connect the dots between our Commerce team and Telesales team managers, ensuring alignment, effective performance, and customer-focused communication about the benefits of green energy.
You’ll drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of all telesales activities — from setting performance targets and designing call campaigns to training agents and fine-tuning our workflows. By combining a commercial mindset with a passion for sustainability, you'll be responsible for building a high-performing telesales engine that helps more customers join Vandebron and contribute to a greener future.

In this role, you’ll be reporting directly to Cees Polak, Manager Commerce.
What you’ll do
Develop and implement a strong telesales strategy aligned with Vandebron’s mission and commercial goals.
Be the linking pin between the Commerce team and Telesales team managers, ensuring effective collaboration and support.
Set targets, track KPIs (sales, conversion, acquisition costs), and continuously analyze and optimize channel performance.
Plan, execute, and monitor inbound and outbound telesales campaigns, in collaboration with Base Marketeers and Team Managers.
Train and coach telesales agents to become true ambassadors of Vandebron’s mission, using optimized scripts and communication strategies.
Continuously evaluate telesales processes, improving efficiency, customer experience, and team effectiveness.
Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and customer behavior to spot opportunities and adjust tactics.
What you bring
At least 4 years of work experience, including 3 years focused on telemarketing Team Management or Project Management.
Experience working with subscription-based offerings (telecom, insurance, or ideally, energy).
A passion for sustainable impact and a strong interest in the energy market’s dynamics.
Curiosity, strong analytical skills (you understand and leverage data even without being an Excel wizard), and a drive for quality.
A strategic view combined with a hands-on, operational approach.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills — you're a connector who brings people and interests together.
A commercial mindset — you spot opportunities, act fast, and deliver impact.
