O My Bag is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our stores in Amsterdam. You'll support the Store Manager in building a motivated team and delivering a consistently great experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We're growing fast. Our ambition is to open a third store in the Netherlands in the first half of 2027 and a strong foundation in our current stores, the right team, the right standards, the right way of working, is essential to get there. This role plays a direct part in building that foundation.

 Your main responsibilities

• Connect with customers and share the O My Bag story, helping them find their perfect bag through honest, knowledgeable advice.

• Support the Store Manager with ordering and stock management, keeping the store organised and ready.

• Organise and run in-store activations, pop-ups and events that bring the brand to life.

• Train and coach the team and support their personal growth.

• Track sales and product performance daily and take initiative when something needs to change: you see it, you own it.

• Keep the shop looking its best every day. Details matter here, from the window display to how a bag is wrapped.

• You're a people person: social, warm, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers.

• You give great service with a smile, even when three customers need you at once.

• You take ownership. When something needs fixing or improving, you get started before anyone has to ask.

• You bring good energy to the team. We look out for each other and keep our promises.

• You care about doing things properly, right down to the small details that others might miss.

• You're available 32 to 40 hours a week and ready to start soon.

• You speak Dutch, or you're actively learning it, so you can connect with our Dutch customers too.
