Your impact

As the Product Owner for our billing & settlement products and services you will make sure that it’s clear to our customers how their monthly payments lead up to their yearly settlement and work towards a consistent and optimal customer experience throughout the payment journey. Transparency is in the DNA of Vandebron and within this journey there is a lot of potential to showcase that we deserve the trust of our customers by optimizing the invoicing process and how we inform our customer about their usage and costs.

Within the payment journey you will have recurring touch points with our entire customer base which provides a lot of opportunity to explore untapped customer needs and innovate on payment solutions and enhance the customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Develop your vision on the future of our billing & settlement products and services by analyzing opportunities, performance metrics and customer needs and engage your stakeholders on it.

• Actively align your roadmap and cooperate with (commercial) stakeholders, the customer experience team, the development team and external partners on how our products and services can be improved, optimizing the value of the payment journey as much as possible.

• Lead the implementation of discovery methodologies and user research, collaborating closely with data analysts to derive strategic insights. Inspire colleagues to embrace data-driven decision-making and base hypotheses on solid data foundations.

• Prioritize and define the scope and requirements for the Scrum team to develop optimal solutions. As a key participant in Scrum events, you'll ensure the accurate representation of business needs and effectively manage the roadmap.

What you bring

• You have relevant working experience in product development and an understanding of agile methodologies, analytics and engineering and know how to apply and yield value from these different functionalities in the context of optimizing the value of your products and services.

• You are able to clearly formulate and communicate the vision for the billing & settlement journey and can get stakeholders of all levels of the organization behind it.

• You are analytical, have a great attention to detail and affinity with data optimization.

• You deal with complex issues by making them simple and you have a creative business mindset.

• You are a teamplayer with a positive attitude, good communication skills, flexible in dealing with change and have a mindset of continuous learning and growth.
