Keeping the commercial engine running smoothly
The Sales Operations Manager joins our Commercial Team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive efficiency and enable sustainable growth. As part of a collaborative and ambitious group, you’ll support teams across the company with data, insights, and smooth processes.
In this role, you are the linking pin of the commercial organization. You lead and develop the Sales Operations (Inside Sales) team, ensuring they have clear goals, strong collaboration, and the coaching needed to thrive. You oversee the ‘sales engine’: from order processing and contract management to pricing guidelines and deal support throughout Europe. You optimize and implement scalable sales processes, maintain CRM data accuracy, and deliver meaningful reports and analyses that support data-driven decisions.
You’ll also be responsible for sales tooling, process discipline, and the adoption of CRM improvements across the team. Collaboration is key: you ensure seamless handovers to Operations, work with Finance on invoicing and forecasting, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as new product rollouts, R&D projects, and software developments.
On top of this, you support Greener’s international expansion by adapting processes to new markets, onboarding new sales teams abroad, and ensuring scalable growth structures.

Who are you?

7-10 years of experience in a similar commercial operations role;
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset;
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator;
