driven Marketing Manager to strengthen Soverin’s visibility and accelerate commercial traction.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping, executing, and optimizing Soverin’s marketing and growth strategy. You’ll coordinate brand and lead-gen activities across multiple channels — from activation campaigns and content (lead generation,
sales collateral, email marketing, etc) to PR, events and strategic partnerships.
You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, support, customer journey communication and product to translate Soverin’s privacy-first mission into measurable brand
awareness and lead growth.
Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam + remote).
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute Soverin’s integrated marketing and lead-generation plan (B2B + B2C).
Take ownership of brand messaging, go-to-market launches, campaign and social media calendars, and sales promotions.
Manage marketing budget and privacy first, performance tracking across all channels.
Brand & Content
Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Develop thought leadership content positioning Soverin and its leadership team as industry experts on privacy, email security, and regulatory compliance, and repurpose it for multiple channels (website, social media, organic and paid advertising, etc.).
Craft engaging campaigns with privacy-friendly tools (eg. For Email/ Newsletters/ Videos, etc.).
Create and maintain impactful sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, whitepapers, and case studies.
Maintain and improve our website: Soverin.com/.nl using privacy-friendly analytics.
Collaborate on traffic, content and conversions on the website with our customer journey specialist.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
Design and run targeted lead-generation campaigns for B2B (across various target groups) and B2C markets.
Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows using privacy-respecting platforms.
Analyze funnel performance and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives and promotions.
PR & Communications
Build and maintain relationships with technology and trade media journalists.
Develop pitch stories to relevant media outlets.
Coordinate analyst relations and pursue inclusion in industry reports.
Secure speaking opportunities and bylined articles for Soverin leadership.
Manage crisis communications protocols and reputation management.
Oversee awards submissions and maximize PR value from recognition.
Track earned media metrics and report on PR impact.
Social Media
Build and engage Soverin’s community across LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant platforms
Develop social media calendar aligned with campaigns, product updates, and industry trends
Amplify press coverage and speaking engagements through social channels
Events & Community
Manage Soverin’s participation in industry events and trade fairs in cooperation with our event coordinator
Keep an eye on relevant international events, speaker opportunities and document them
Organize Soverin-hosted meetups, webinars, and customer sessions.
Develop community engagement and advocacy initiatives that strengthen brand loyalty.
Key Success Indicators

Who we’re looking for
6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation — ideally in SaaS, hosting, or IT services.
Proven track record in B2B and B2C campaign management, from strategy to execution.
Skilled in content creation, AI, SEO, GEO and privacy-friendly marketing automation (e.g. Brevo, Plausible, Matomo).
Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
Experience with CRM systems, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows.
Excellent project management and coordination skills.
Understanding of email, hosting, or privacy-tech markets is a strong plus.
Fluent in English; Dutch, German, or French are a strong plus.
