Power up your marketing career 

In this role, you’ll take ownership of meaningful projects that improve our communications and support our international growth in France, Spain, and Scandinavia. You’ll help boost our visibility on LinkedIn by working with Sales to grow our follower base, and you’ll rebrand both internal and external documents to match our new house style. You’ll also coordinate translations into French, Spanish, and German, with support from native-speaking colleagues. As part of our international marketing team of four, you’ll join all team meetings - sharing your ideas and getting a front-row seat to how we shape the marketing strategy for 2026. 

You'll get plenty of responsibility, but you won’t be on your own: Rik, our copy and content specialist will guide you, with regular check-ins to support your growth. Depending on your interests, you might also design visuals for social media and the website, gather stories and content from colleagues and clients, analyse LinkedIn performance, look for backlinking opportunities, or conduct market and competitor research. You'll join all team marketing meetings, giving you insight into how a fast-growing scale-up builds its brand.

Who are you? 

You’re someone who likes to take initiative, enjoys variety in your day, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You don’t need to know everything yet, it's more important that you enjoy figuring things out, asking questions, and improving your skills. Besides that, you (are): 

• A true Greener – you want to make the world a bit better, you question the status quo, and you're always looking for ways to innovate and improve; 

• Fluent in Dutch and English (fluency in French, Spanish, or German is a big plus)

• Studying communications/media/marketing in an educational institution in the Netherlands (HBO/WO) 

• Enjoy learning by doing and have a hands-on mindset; 

• Are organised, and not afraid to speak up or try new things. 

Experience with tools like LinkedIn, WordPress, HubSpot, or Canva is a nice bonus, but don't worry if you're new to them, we'll help you figure it out!
