This merger creates a €160M turnover business with 400 employees, dedicated to providing fastening solutions to the construction industry and professional end-users. Headquartered in Lelystad, the company aims to be a service and sales-focused industry leader with strong ambitions for expansion.

As part of our commitment to building a better future, we are focused on delivering sustainable solutions to ESG-focused distributors and industrial end-users. To achieve this, we are establishing a group ESG function to drive our efforts in meeting evolving legislation, reporting standards, and customer expectations.
