To fuel this growth, we’re looking for a highly motivated B2B Growth Marketeer who knows how to make things happen. You’ll be at the heart of our B2B marketing strategy, owning campaigns, finding new channels, driving demand generation, and making sure we stay one step ahead in a changing digital landscape.

This is an in-house role for a digital-first, results-obsessed, hands on marketer who’s ready to drive real impact.

Your Mission:

You’ll own and execute growth marketing strategies for our group activities and our brand new professional solutions that we offer to the market, focusing on real outcomes: Getting customers in and getting more out of existing customers via multiple channels. 

Forget endless planning decks:

• Launch, test, and optimize campaigns quickly; you know what to do on various channels

• Hunt for new, underused channels to reach B2B buyers (think Reddit, Quora, Linkedin niche forums, and beyond).

• Make SEO/AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) second nature and work alongside our teams to drive change.

• Build out LinkedIn strategies (organic and paid), email flows, retargeting; whatever delivers.

• Drive demand generation, nurture, and lifecycle campaigns in close collaboration with our Paid Marketing Team.
  

You’ll be the bridge between marketing, product, sales, and country teams, turning ideas into experiments, and experiments into scalable growth plays.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute B2B growth strategies tailored to different European markets, especially for our professional solutions.

• Run multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, social, SEO/AEO, email, partnerships, and emerging channels.

• Identify and exploit non-traditional B2B channels (think Reddit, Discord, industry-specific communities).

• Use data to prioritize the highest-impact activities.

• Collaborate with our Sales, Product, and Country teams to align on messaging, offers, and GTM.

• Report transparently on results and learnings.

• Leverage AI tools for content generation, targeting, personalization, and analysis.
  

Who we're looking for:

• Growth marketer with 3+ years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation.

• Obsessively results-driven: you measure everything and focus on real impact.

• Excellent writer and great creative mind, without losing focus on performance

• AI-first mindset: you use tools to move faster.

• Strong grasp of modern SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), content marketing at scale.

• Comfortable with new channels: Reddit, Quora, Discord, Slack groups, vertical communities.

• Experienced with email automation, lead flows, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, programmatic, email automation.

• Hands-on, self-starting, and always experimenting.

• Fluent in English. Other European languages? A plus.

• Energetic, collaborative, hungry to learn, ready to hustle.
