What you’ll do

• Lead reliability investigations and root cause analysis across hardware, firmware, and software.

• Own software deployment across the fleet, including beta testing, staged rollouts, monitoring, and issue resolution.

• Monitor system performance, proactively addressing risks and minimizing downtime.

• Develop and maintain monitoring systems, dashboards, and automated alerts for live product health.

• Manage operational responses to product incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

• Embed lessons from field issues into product design, manufacturing, and release processes.

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated quality checks, and release infrastructure.

• Create SOPs and documentation for troubleshooting, product handover, and operational best practices.

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, DevOps/SRE, or similar
• Skilled at troubleshooting complex hardware, firmware, and software issues
• Proficient in scripting/programming (Python, C++, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of both software and hardware reliability principles
• Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Able to work from our Amsterdam office on a hybrid basis.
