As our Account Manager, you are the daily face of O My Bag for our retail partners. You strengthen existing relationships, open new doors and make sure every collaboration reflects who we are as a brand. You combine commercial awareness with genuine care for our partners, our product and our impact.

What You’ll Do
Manage Key Accounts
✔️ Build strong, long-term relationships with existing wholesale clients, from boutique owners to department store buyers
✔️ Ensure smooth order processes, timely deliveries, and high client satisfaction
Grow Our Global Network
✔️ Identify and onboard new B2B partners in strategic markets
✔️ Support agents and distributors with the right tools, product knowledge, and brand storytelling
✔️ Attend (inter)national trade shows and events (such as CIFF or Trendset) to present our collections and build brand awareness
✔️ Follow up with leads and turn interest into long-term partnerships
Track Performance & Opportunities
✔️ Monitor sales performance and reorders across accounts
✔️ Share insights with the team to improve service and tailor our sales approach by region or segment
✔️ Share feedback from clients to help shape product development and merchandising
