From our beautiful office in Valencia, we make sure our customers love us by delivering 9+ WOW service. As our team continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a multilingual Customer Experience Specialist who can support our customers across multiple languages and bring next-level service to life.


We’re looking for someone who is not only fluent in Dutch and English, but who can also confidently support customers in at least two of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, or German. If you’re passionate about helping people, have an AI-first mindset, and want to be part of a high-performance team — we want to meet you!

💬 What will you do?

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat;

  • Guide customers through the product and ordering journey with clarity and care;

  • Proactively look for solutions and go the extra mile to “WOW” every customer;

  • Practice our most important value: Think like a customer;

  • Take ownership of your growth and contribute to our team’s improvement by:

    • Training new joiners during HITweek and team onboarding;

    • Participating as a trainer and role model during company-wide events like Season Prep and Season Kick-off;

    • Proposing automation projects that improve efficiency and elevate customer happiness.

🙌 What are we looking for?

  • Multilingual fluency: Professional level of Dutch and English, and fluent in at least two of the following: French, Spanish, Italian, German (both written and spoken);

  • AI Mindset: Curious and proactive about using technology to streamline tasks and improve CX;

  • Proactive & Ownership-driven: You don't wait to be told — you take initiative and challenge the status quo;

  • Open to feedback: You seek it, apply it, and use it to raise the bar for yourself and the team;

  • A passion for helping customers and a motivation to make a real impact;

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent thinking level;

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude;

  • Willingness to relocate or already Valencia based.
  • Bonus: Experience in customer service, hospitality, or with tools like Adobe InDesign.
