Amsterdam

The Organization

The family-owned and value-driven business Jack Link’s EMEA is dedicated to crafting protein-packed snacks that are loved by consumers worldwide. The array of brands includes some of the fastest growing and innovating protein snack brands such as Jack Link's, BiFi and Peperami.

Their spacious and modern Jack Link’s EMEA headquarters is located in the vibrant Amsterdam Houthavens, and includes a highly international team, with more than 25 different nationalities. The EMEA team is committed to continuing its impressive EMEA expansion, one bite at a time, and becoming the regional leader in branded protein snacks.

The story of Jack Link’s is one of family traditions. It began in the US with treasured family recipes passed from generation to generation, transforming a small regional business into one of the fastest-growing snack manufacturers in the world. Today Jack Link’s sells more than 100 different protein snacks in more than 40 countries.

In 2014 Jack Link's acquired the BiFi and Peperami brands from Unilever, as well as a plant in Ansbach, Germany. As of the end of 2014, the brand-new EMEA head office in Amsterdam was operational as well. The EMEA team currently consists of about 800 employees. About 700 employees work in the Ansbach factory where BiFi and Peperami are produced. The others are working in Amsterdam and in the Sales teams in the markets. These employees are currently further developing their own, new Jack Link’s EMEA culture, adopting the global Jack Link’s values. Be Real, Show Awesome Character and Stewardship are core values, just like Speed Matters, Relationship Driven and Self Discipline.
