We're excited to welcome an organized and proactive professional that wants to start their career in finance. In this role, you'll be key in managing B2C and B2B customer payments, ensuring smooth invoicing, and addressing improvements and issue concerning customers billing. If you're someone who enjoys working with numbers and building relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

🌱 What you'll be doing:

• Payment Processing:Process and apply payments accurately.
• Reconciliation:Keep customer accounts up-to-date and resolve any issues.
• Collections:Gently follow up on overdue payments.
• Invoice Management:Create and send out invoices to business partners.
• Customer Support:Assist customers with billing questions and concerns.
• Reporting:Keep track of accounts receivable and share updates.

💡 What you'll need?

• Experience:You have worked in an office environment before, preferably with an administrative component in the role.
• Persistent:You don't give up easily when trying to reach a supplier, debtor or colleague.
  
• Communication skills:You know what tone of voice to use to get a message across.
  
• Proactive:You don't sit around and wait, but find smart solutions to problems you encounter.
  
• Tech savy:You know your way around different software systems, such as Excel, Google Sheets, Oracle Netsuite (ERP/CRM software).
  
• Language skills:You can easily communicate in bothDutchandEnglish.

• Finance background:Ideally, you have an education or experience in the finance domain. Don't worry, we can teach you a lot!
