Greenjobs.nl values listening to users and receiving feedback. Over the past few months, we've conducted a brief survey to gather employers' opinions about Greenjobs.nl. This survey among employers was carried out in the last months of 2023 and the first months of 2024. Greenjobs.nl will seek opinions and feedback from both job seekers and employers more frequently and transparently share these results with the online community, stakeholders, followers, job seekers, and employers.

Greenjobs.nl is pleased to share the results of this survey. The survey consisted of a few short questions about Greenjobs.nl, posting job vacancies, and finding the right candidates. Respondents could answer the questions by choosing from 'very difficult' to 'very easy' on a scale of zero to five. The survey was filled out completely anonymously, with no names and/or company names recorded.
- +95% of employers find it easy to post job vacancies on Greenjobs.nl. In the survey, customers were asked if they found posting job vacancies on Greenjobs.nl easy.
- +62.5% of employers find suitable candidates faster by posting job vacancies on Greenjobs.nl. The survey asked if employers/organizations found suitable candidates faster via Greenjobs.nl.
- +79% of employers have no need for a contact person from Greenjobs.nl. The survey asked if they wanted a personal contact person from Greenjobs.nl to help them post vacancies faster and better understand the options for job postings. +79% said 'no' to this question.
- +85% recommend Greenjobs.nl to other organizations with sustainable job vacancies. The survey asked if they would recommend the job site Greenjobs.nl to other organizations with sustainable job vacancies.
Extra Services - CV Database in Demand!
The survey asked about additional services that Greenjobs.nl could offer. More than 50% of respondents expressed interest in searching for candidates through a CV database. Currently, this service is not available, but the Greenjobs.nl team is working hard on developments, and it is on the agenda.
