Build the infrastructure for circular waste logistics

Seenons is a tech company on a mission: a world without waste. As a certified B Corp, we’re building the digital logistics infrastructure that enables organizations to separate, track, and route waste to its next best use – turning a fragmented, outdated system into one that’s circular and future-proof. Our international platform brings together all players in the waste industry for circular waste management. We help large organizations reduce waste and save valuable resources from going to waste. Because with huge shortages of raw materials – and 76 million roll cages of waste piling up every year – something has to change.

It’s a massive, operationally complex challenge. One that touches real-world logistics, finance, customer operations, and environmental impact – and needs strong product leadership to solve. That’s why we’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious senior Product Manager. Someone who doesn’t just ship features but solves real problems. Who’s willing to visit partners, ask the right questions, get to the root of issues – and take full ownership of solving them.

What you’ll do

• Own the full product lifecycle – from uncovering user needs to launching solutions and iterating based on impact. You’re end-to-end responsible for making your product area thrive.

• Bridge the gap between digital and physical – logistics, operations, customer support, finance, and tech all converge on our platform. You'll ensure it works seamlessly across the board.

• Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with our Director of Product (your manager), engineers, designers, operations, commercial, and customer service teams.

• Balance speed and impact – whether it's automating invoice processing with AI or scaling pickup logistics across multiple European markets, you'll know when to go scrappy and when to go deep.

Who you are

• You’ve worked in a (tech)product-led company, in a product management role, ideally with logistics, SaaS, or marketplace complexity.

• You’ve owned products end-to-end and can talk clearly about the decisions you made and the outcomes you’ve driven.

• You’re a doer and a thinker – you bring strategic direction, but aren’t afraid to get into the messy details to make things work.

• You get energy from solving real-world and sustainability related problems – you might even enjoy walking through a warehouse or riding along on a route.

• You’re proactive and scrappy – when things aren’t clear, you call someone or jump in a car.

• You’re fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
