We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage processes, but takes ownership, shapes systems, and thrives in the complexity of building.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of our European parts distribution and shape the systems that support Fastned’s growing network. From day one, your focus will be on creating structure, accuracy, and efficiency across multiple locations making sure stock levels are where they need to be, obsolete parts don’t linger, and every movement in and out of our warehouses is accounted for.

You’ll set up reliable processes for inventory depletion and lead regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure our data is solid and our financial reporting sharp. But it’s not just about what’s in storage it’s about how it moves. Responsible for our logistics operation you’ll take care of our inbound and outbound shipments to warehousing and transport across Europe. And collaborate with teams like operations, and maintenance to make sure the right parts are in the right place, right when they’re needed.

As we scale, you’ll also identify and manage the right third-party logistics partners, negotiating strong relationships to support our momentum. Throughout all of this, continuous improvement will be key whether it’s streamlining existing workflows, setting up smarter SOPs, or implementing systems that boost inventory accuracy and transparency.
