We're looking for a Business Developer to join our team and vision of boosting biodiversity in every underwater project.

About the job

As a Business Developer, your passion for getting results in the company will help us take the right steps to move Reefy to a new commercial phase as scaleup. We're looking for someone enthusiastic, perseverant, and resilient to change in a fast-moving company.

Your mission will be to identify, target, and realize new revenue streams for Reefy while making the biggest possible positive impact on the environment.

Here are some of your core responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by approaching clients and partners;
• Manage the account and customer journey through the sales funnel;
• Use the 30/30/30 rule to focus on short, medium, and long-term business opportunities;
• Support the generation of leads with marketing strategies;
• Understand and monitor the competitive landscape;
• Collaborate with the RnD and management team to ensure that the solutions address market needs;
• Transform data into actionable information which leads to better decision making.

• You have a passion for sales and marketing, and love to create commercial traction;
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, being fluent in English and Dutch (Spanish plus points);
• You are proactive and enjoy learning by asking questions to the people around you;
• You are resilient and can cope with uncertainty in a dynamic startup environment that aims to create global waves;
• You are creative and find opportunities in challenges;
• You have clarity and can work independently when needed;
• You love sustainability, water, and life underwater.
