At O My Bag, we believe fashion can be both stylish and fair. Our bags and accessories are designed in Amsterdam and made with respect for people and the planet. We’re building a brand that stands for more than aesthetics; one that balances style and substance, and shows up consistently across every touchpoint. To help shape and elevate that visual world, we’re looking for a Brand Designer.
Brand Designer
As our Brand Designer, you bring O My Bag to life. Across campaigns, channels and physical spaces, you shape a visual identity that is bold, consistent and full of character. You know when to follow the rules and when to push them.
Your core focus will be to shape and execute the visual identity of O My Bag across campaigns and brand touchpoints.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how O My Bag shows up visually, from big campaign moments to the smallest brand details. You’ll take ownership of our visual identity and continuously refine and evolve it, ensuring everything feels cohesive, intentional and distinctive.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team and external creatives to bring ideas to life across channels and moments, from concept to execution.
Campaigns, Brand & Content
You translate ideas into strong visual concepts and bring them to life across digital, print and physical spaces. From developing campaign worlds to directing shoots and creating assets, you ensure every expression feels aligned, fresh and unmistakably O My Bag.
This means you will:
– Lead and support art direction for campaigns and shoots, working with external creatives
– Translate concepts into multi-channel assets (graphics, illustration, motion)
– Evolve and apply the visual identity consistently across all touchpoints
Retail, Events & Brand Experience
You help shape how the brand comes to life beyond the screen, from retail to events and wholesale moments, creating a seamless and engaging brand experience.
– Bring campaigns into our Amsterdam stores through VM and in-store concepts
– Support visual direction for events, activations and fairs (e.g. Modefabriek, CIFF)
Print & Key Brand Materials
You take ownership of key brand assets and ensure everything is delivered to a high creative and technical standard.
– Design and produce sales materials (lookbooks, posters, decks)
– Own the design of our annual Impact Report and manage print production
📷 Bonus
You know your way around a camera and can contribute to content capturing when needed.
