Who you are:

What you'll do:
Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Identify, qualifying and activating leads.
Performing personal pitches and demonstrations.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Tracking and reporting on performance.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales targets and strategies.
Your background:
Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch. Other Nordic language (great plus).
Communication: Clear, intentional, and curious. People want to talk to you. You build trust naturally.
Intent: You have clear goals, daily routines that help you achieve them. You're intentional about your future, and action feedback quickly.
Change: You contribute to change and bounce back quickly. For you, challenges are opportunities.
You are passionate about sales and about helping your customers to “do the right thing”.
Creative: You always find new ways to achieve your goals.
Qualifications:
You can work for us as a Fractional contractor
3 - 5 years of field experience in b2b development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Advanced knowledge in an Nordic Language (great plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Experience in Sustainability Sales and/or education.
Experience in IT and Finance (great plus)
What we offer:
Base:
6 months contract
Base + Tiered incentive plan + Sales conversion Bonus
Remote, based in Europe
The contracted service will consider various factors, including skills, experience, and location (country).
