What's on the menu?

As our new Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll own the systems, data, and processes that fuel our commercial engine (from first touch to expansion). Working across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you'll design a clear, measurable, and scalable revenue funnel.

Your mission: optimize our HubSpot setup (lifecycle stages, lead scoring, automation, attribution) and drive insights that accelerate conversion, velocity, and alignment across teams. Whether refining routing logic, uncovering funnel drop-offs, or improving reporting—you’re the strategic operator behind seamless GTM execution.

The key ingredients for success:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting

  • Deep HubSpot expertise is a must: lifecycle stages, scoring, automation, reporting

  • Proven ability to define and optimize the entire revenue funnel: from Lead to Expansion

  • Strong in funnel analytics, attribution (first/multi-touch), UTM tracking, and data quality

  • Hands-on with tools like Clearbit, ZoomInfo, and Chili Piper

  • Skilled in diagnosing funnel friction and driving data-informed improvements

  • Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and enabling GTM teams with clear SOPs

  • Analytical, proactive, and systems-minded—you turn complexity into clarity and scale

  • €4.500 - €5.200 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).

  • 32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
