Your impact

As Manager Commerce, you’ll be the driving force behind Vandebron’s commercial growth and sustainability mission. Your expertise will be key to increasing market share, enhancing customer relationships, and launching impactful initiatives that expand our customer base, boost loyalty, and elevate customer lifetime value.

You’ll lead a diverse team of 8 professionals, including Channel Managers, Marketers, and Analysts, working together to create innovative strategies and achieve ambitious goals. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll collaborate closely with Strategy & Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to set Vandebron apart in the green energy landscape.

What you’ll do

Proven leadership: You have at least 4+ year of experience managing and motivating teams of (e-)commerce professionals, fostering collaboration, and driving exceptional performance. Your leadership inspires others to bring their best to the table.
Commerce expertise: With 8+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably (partly) within the energy sector or subscription-based products, you understand how to build and execute strategies that deliver growth and customer value.
Entrepreneurial and data-driven approach: You excel in identifying opportunities, leveraging data insights, and translating them into actionable plans to achieve ambitious goals.
Strategic vision: Your ability to connect the big picture with day-to-day execution sets you apart. You excel in aligning teams and initiatives to long-term objectives while staying flexible to market changes.
Mission alignment: A genuine passion for sustainability and our mission to achieve 100% green energy drives your commitment to making a positive impact.
