Digital Marketeer (Maternity Cover)

Digital Marketeer

We're looking for a Digital Marketeer who is passionate about driving measurable business growth. You'll be the go-to expert for our digital marketing channels, leading the strategy and execution. You'll also be responsible for integrating new tools and utilising AI to drive growth. You'll use your expertise to attract new customers, boost conversion rates, and continue to build a loyal O My Bag community.

You’ll join our marketing team in Amsterdam and work closely with the e-commerce team (B2C) and the wholesale team (B2B). You'll own the customer journey, from lead generation to customer retention. This includes managing budgets,  using data to make informed decisions, and collaborating with our creative team to bridge the gap between powerful storytelling and measurable performance."

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You'll drive our paid media strategy by running and optimizing high-performance campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok. You'll optimize each channel and  scale what works to achieve our growth goals.

  • You will be responsible for analysing and reporting on key performance metrics using Billy Grace, GA4, and Looker Studio. You’ll use these insights to optimize the overall strategy. 

  • You'll drive traffic and improve conversion for our webshop by creating and executing high-performing funnels, landing pages, and CRM flows in Klaviyo.

  • You'll collaborate with our B2B partners to develop and execute digital activations, increasing their visibility and sell through rate.

  • You’ll manage our external agency partners, providing strategic direction, ensuring performance is optimized, and maximizing our ROI.

  •  You’ll identify opportunities to drive growth through innovation and AI. From smarter audience targeting, to faster content creation. 

  • Work hand in hand with brand and creative to keep every campaign premium, sustainable and on-brand.
