  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. partners, and influencers) to create content that is compelling and considers wider world debates.

  • Keep Commonland’s profiles optimised within each platform to increase the visibility of our social content, as well as supporting with the continuous development and maintenance of the website.

  • Maintain editorial calendars and syndication schedules using our project and content management tools.

  • Capture, analyse and report on the appropriate social and website data/metrics, offering insights and drawing upon (growth) marketing best practices.

What do you bring?

  • Proven working experience (2 years minimum) in social media content production, marketing and/or digital communications and storytelling.

  • Native or near-native English.

  • Understanding of nature restoration and regeneration field; knowledge of the sphere – the big-name organisations and influencers.

  • Demonstrable social analytics tools knowledge (basic understanding of CRO and SEO); basic understanding of how to gather, analyse and report on digital communications.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and communications techniques

  • Positive attitude – an enthusiastic team player who can work independently but enjoys collaborating.

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.

Nice to have (not required):

  • Gifted with words.

  • Graphic design and motion graphic skills - knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

  • Additional languages – especially French, Spanish and Dutch.

We offer you

  • A 12-month contract with Commonland with the possibility of extension.

  • Salary range between €3000 – €3500, depending on level of work experience.

  • Annual training budget of €2.000 for personal development.
