The JEDI Playbook, created by B Corps, will help you on your way. It is written in an accessible way, is full of examples, tools, reflection questions and tips - and is suitable for anyone who wants to get started, whether you are just starting out or are already more advanced.
Developed by and with B corps – but intended for everyone
The playbook was developed by the B Corp JEDI Circle, a collective of committed professionals from the B Corp community. The following B Corps actively contributed to the creation of the playbook: De Roos, Ace & Tate, Crisp, Triodos Bank, Swapfiets, VIE People | B Corp Certified, Highberg, Zoku and Vebego Participatie. They shared their knowledge, experiences, successes and lessons learned to inspire others. But the playbook is not just for B Corps. It is intended for everyone who wants to learn and contribute to inclusion and justice within their organization.

Unfortunately, we had to stop two years ago due to lack of time and the focus on Let’s play equal: a board game about diversity and inclusion, developed in collaboration with 3 other B Corps Misteli, BR-ND, Blyde and Greenjobs.nl. We still have a warm heart for the JEDI Circle – and we continue to emphasize the importance of fair and inclusive workplaces.
