We look at whether the organisation is committed to sustainability, for example through a climate policy, social mission or certifications such as B Corp. Is the organisation actively committed to sustainability? The mission and activities of the organisation are examined. Is there a demonstrable commitment to a better world?

We want to prevent greenwashing - presenting a company as greener than it actually is. If a vacancy only sounds 'sustainable', but has no real impact, it will not be approved.
