People want to do something about the plastic soup. Now is the time to help them change their behavior and ditch single-use plastic water bottles. Your challenge? Spread our mission with the help of resellers of promotional products and Belgian companies.

Who are you?
Are you ready to make an impact? Of course you are! Especially because you’re not just selling bottles, you’re inspiring people to save our planet from single-use plastic. This makes you even more driven, eager to make a change and wanting to build a network in the Flemish and Walloon B2B market. Perseverance is your middle name, you are commercial, persuasive and result-driven, but you are also very likeable. You know the goal (clean water in every ocean, from every tap) and you can independently translate this into a solid B2B strategy. You are a great listener, but also very persuasive. You know how to build a brand.

hat will you do at Dopper?
Saving our planet, of course! Starting with Belgium where single-use plastic water bottles are still a big part of the plastic problem. How? First of all, you are spreading our message by strengthening and building new partnerships with the right resellers of promotional products. We do not want to be just another bottle they offer. We strive to work with partners that help us tell our story. No room to spread our mission? No sale. Found a good partner? You will help them share our story with every bottle they sell. Together, you will set up collaborations and cool sustainable gifting campaigns and get companies to say goodbye to single-use plastic water bottles and choose a reusable water bottle – Dopper - instead.

Which brings us to your second focus are: you will create a movement of companies that pledge to ban single-use water bottles from the workplace. You will become the driving force behind our P.E.T. Free Movement in Belgium! Visiting key organizations all over the country, forging partnerships, coming up with cool collaborations, but also networking and taking the stage during B2B events to inspire a lot of people.

Together with the Sales Manager Retail for the Belgian market, you make sure that Dopper remains a marketleader. You will collaborate with our Marketing Team to set up impactful campaign and collaborations. You will work from Dopper's HQ in Haarlem, but you’ll visit the Belgium on a regular basis. At least once a month. As Sales Manager B2B for Belgium, you are responsible for achieving the sales- and mission targets. You will report to the Sales Manager Retail for Belgium.

Functie eisen

Up for the challenge? This would help:

  • +5 years of sales experience, preferably within the promotional products resell industry;
  • Knowledge of the Belgium market;
  • Willing to travel to companies across the country;
  • Bi-lingual (French and Dutch), English would also be a big plus;
  • Awesome networking and negotiation skills;
  • Strong communications skills.
